Heal, Reclaim, and Reconnect: A Year-Long Trauma-Informed Coaching Program with Amanda Hillsdale
Have you experienced sexual assault or trauma that has left you feeling disconnected from your body?
Do you struggle to feel safe in your skin or find it difficult to reconnect to your physical self after trauma?
You don't have to carry this weight alone. Healing is possible—and it starts with reconnecting to your body in a safe, nurturing way.
Reclaiming Our Voice and Power After Sexual Assault
This comprehensive, year-long coaching program is designed specifically for those who have experienced sexual assault or trauma and need support in healing, reconnecting, and reclaiming their bodies. With a somatic and trauma-informed approach, this program will help you navigate your healing journey, restore your sense of safety, and rediscover the power and wisdom of your body.
What You'll Gain With Somatic Coaching:
- Reclaim Your Body's Voice
Learn to listen to and honor your body's wisdom. Through somatic practices, you'll discover how to reconnect to your body's sensations and energy, creating a new, empowered relationship with yourself.
- Healing from Trauma
Using a trauma-informed approach, we'll work through the emotional, physical, and energetic effects of sexual assault, creating a safe space for you to heal without re-traumatizing yourself. This journey will be paced according to your needs and comfort level.
- Restore Safety in Your Body
Through somatic techniques and body-centered practices, you'll learn how to create safety within your own body again. You will gain the tools to self-soothe, manage overwhelming emotions, and feel grounded and present.
- Release Stored Trauma
Trauma can become trapped in the body. With the support of somatic techniques and mindfulness practices, you can begin to release the stored tension and trauma from your muscles, tissues, and energy field to live with more freedom and peace.
- Gain Empowering Practices for Everyday Life
Each session will include assignments and practices designed to help you reconnect with your body outside our sessions. These simple but powerful exercises will empower you to continue your healing journey at your own pace, feeling safe and supported at every step.
Your trauma does not define you.
With Amanda's guidance, you will reclaim your body's wisdom, release stored trauma, and reconnect to the most potent version of yourself.
Healing is possible—and it starts with you. Let's walk this path together.
